An AI Employee is an autonomous agent designed for specific roles. Archie coordinates tasks, Voice AI manages calls, Marketing AI writes outbound campaigns, Support AI resolves customer tickets, Docs AI handles e-signatures, and Finance AI coordinates Stripe transactions. They communicate with each other natively inside your CRM workspace.

ArcTactic has a single flat subscription of $497/mo for full access to all six AI agents, pipelines, and document storage. There are no user seat licensing costs or integration fees. Telephony minutes or SMS credits used by Voice and Marketing agents are charged directly at raw carrier cost with zero markup.

ArcTactic syncs with standard business channels. You can connect your Stripe accounts, WorkOS authorization variables, Google Calendar pipelines, and email networks inside your settings console with a few clicks.

Your database is isolated and protected. We use WorkOS for strict client token authorization, and store data in secured Convex networks with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.
